PHS Speakers Dominate Field at Ft. Wayne South Side

The PHS Speakers moved novices up to the varsity division and departed for Ft. Wayne in the fog.  What began as a "cloudy" morning....ended up with a clear victory as the sun shone brightly on the Plymouth team.  Team standings at the end of the day looked like this...

1st - Plymouth with 161 points
2nd - Ft. Wayne Northrop with 75 points
3rd - Ft. Wayne North Side with 61 points
4th - Canterbury with 42 points
5th - Dekalb with 39 points
6th - Elkhart Central with 30 points
7th - Columbia City with 26 points
8th - Concord with 22 points
9th - East Noble with 18 points
10th - Bethany Christian with 16 points

Top Teams Visit Culver

Culver Academy hosted a phenomenal field on November 6th.  Visiting the Academies were Class AAA State Champion and runner-up Chesterton and Warren Central, Class AA State Champion Munster and Plymouth, as well as Class A State Champion Culver Academy.  The varsity/novice tournament was won by Warren Central; however, PHS won the most varsity championships en route to its 2nd Place finish.  Team standings were...

Plymouth Team Finds Success at First Tournament of the Season

The Plymouth Speech Team hosted a varsity, junior varsity, novice tournament on October 31st.  Missing quite a few people due to the marching band's successful trip to the state finals (5th place), numerous PHS speakers turned in outstanding performances against some very strong teams from northern and central Indiana.
